 Description 

Development of 33 LUXURY Apartments (£1.5m plus) with underground totally automated car parking, 9 No. Commercial office and retail units including restaurant and 5 No. new build mews house.

Complete historic restoration including demolition, dismantling and reinstatement of cantilevered stone stairs, underpinning, roofing, interior and exterior refurbishment and complete new utility services infrastructure of electrical sub- station, water & gas carcassing and distribution, along with central Air Conditioning, with water cooled roof mounted chiller units.

The project also included: digital lighting and home automation together with bespoke joinery, specialist paint & plaster finishes in addition to traditional building techniques of lime mortar and lathe & plaster finishes as required by English Heritage
